Oakvell Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Oakvell. Below you will find important information about order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery expectations.

By placing an order with Oakvell, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout.

During periods of high demand, promotions, product launches, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and other factors outside of our control.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond Oakvell’s control.

Separate Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. This may happen if your order includes multiple products, bundles, accessories, promotional items, or free bonus items.

If your order ships in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number. Separate shipments do not mean that part of your order is missing.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window for all items in your order to arrive.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur.

Common causes of delays may include:

  • High order volume during promotions or holidays

  • Carrier delays or capacity limitations

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Warehouse or fulfillment delays

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If your order is affected by an unusual delay, our team will provide updates whenever possible.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund once the order has shipped. However, if an unusual delay occurs before shipment, Oakvell will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution when required.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Oakvell is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal at delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Address change requests are not guaranteed and depend on the status of the order at the time the request is received.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped, Oakvell is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, front desk staff, or building management

  • Check around your delivery area, mailbox, porch, or package locker

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Oakvell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. In cases of suspected theft, we recommend contacting the carrier and, if necessary, filing a report with your local authorities.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once processing has begun, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

Requests submitted after the 24-hour window or after fulfillment has begun may be subject to our standard 30-Day Product Guarantee and return policy.
